Refund Policy

Write to us within 30 days of buying Fro and we will refund you in full. You do not have to say why.

How to ask

Email support@mfxstudios.com from the address you bought with, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Tell us the order number if you have it — it is on the receipt — though your email address is usually enough to find the order.

We answer refund requests personally. Once we approve it the refund passes to Paddle, who are the merchant of record and who release the money back by the method you paid with.

What happens to your license

A refunded License Key stops being valid. Fro will not activate a new Mac with it, and a Mac already activated will stop being licensed the next time it checks.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces a right you have by law. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for the sale, and their buyer terms apply as well as this policy; where the two differ, whichever gives you more is the one that counts. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory right to cancel a digital purchase applies in addition to this policy.
