My key never arrived

It goes to the address you gave Paddle. Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Write to us with the address you paid with.

My key will not take

Copying out of a mail client often brings a stray space along. Paste it in one go rather than retyping. If Fro still refuses it, send us the key and what Fro said.

I have a new Mac

One licence covers three Macs. Install Fro, choose Fro ▸ Buy Fro… ▸ Enter License and paste the same key.

If all three seats are taken, free one first: Settings ▸ License ▸ Deactivate This Mac.

What happens when the trial ends

Nothing is taken away. Fro keeps opening, editing, saving and exporting; it just holds one document at a time. Your files are ordinary Markdown, readable with or without Fro.

I would like a refund

Thirty days, any reason, no explanation needed. Write to us with the address you paid with. Full terms on the refunds page.

Does Fro need the internet?

Once, briefly, when you first enter your key. After that it never asks again, and it sends your documents nowhere. The privacy page has the whole of it.
